Yummy food to increase metabolism


Aloha my lovelies...

Today i will tell you guys about yummy foods that are very good for your health and your taste buds! A good breakfast consits of a high protein meal like yogurt. It is fulfilling and maybe add it with a wheat toast. the reason for proten is that your body feeds off of the energy it gives so that it starts off your day good and its a very healthy meal.Another good fufilling meal for the morning and my personal favorite is oatmeal! the reason its so good for you is that other than its natural nutrients when taken in the morning it settles in your stomach and later the oatmeal expands in your stomach causing a full effect in your tummy so that it feels like you ate a lot but at the same time you really just ate a well porpotioned meal. always make sure to eat in between your meals. Honey granola bars like natures valley could be a good example of a yummy snack or maybe a fruit like a banana ( protein) or an apple ( fiber). For lunch maybe a sandwhich ( tuna, ham and cheese , etc.), rememer by subsituting wheat instead of white bread can really be good for you. Maybe also a progresso soup ( any kind ). And lets not forget dinner. yum ! some buttered vegtables on the side with a 8oz piece of sirloin and brown rice. ( remember brown is better). A good alternative is that if you are going to have a salad on the side of your dinner that it be with less dressing as possible. For dinner try not to eat past 7 pm to give your stomach room for digestion. And do not eat a huge meal. A good portion meal is the size of your regular plastic plate which is about 8-10 inches circumfrence. remember to excersize in between wether it be walking to and from your car , yoga , running , or simply some crunches by the couch while watching tv. Do workouts for at least 30 minutes for 3 days a week. Eat right and workout and youll see sucess. Thats it. no pills , lipo nothing. like i said loosing weight is a PROCESS so dont expect to see results after night. well my beauties remember always stay healthy!

  1. Buttered vegetables, that can't be good for you. Instead leave the vegetables out and just have the butter. I'm just joking. Try having salad with no dressing. It may seem harsh at first, but you get use to it very fast. What kind of oatmeal is the best? Store bought instant oatmeal, slow cooked oatmeal, or the good old fashion steel cut oats? Well I've been trying my best to exercise. It's coming along slowly.
